Winds of change

I love my Iphone. It was love at first sight. Don`t take me wrong: it took me some time to really understand it. But I knew it was for ever. It`s an unique gadget and if I would asked to describe it in one word, it would be FREEDOM. You can have fun with it. You can work with it. You can manage your personal life with it. You can do it all at the same time from anywhere. And don`t AT&T me, please, everything in life has a price. At least this one worthwhile every penny. Well, I`m reading all those reviews (an easy one here ) about the IPhone 3G (mine is the first version). They basically filled all 5 gaps I had described here . It makes one wonder if it`s time to a change.

Thoughts

About digital media - We listen so much about "social media strategies". I wonder if people really know what they are talking about. I`m still trying to figure it out. - Boring discuss about Journalism 2.0 here . About food I finally did my quinoa risotto with gorgonzola cheese . I decided to garnish it with a cherry tomatoes salad instead of adding tomatoes to the dish. It was a good idea. The result was an exquisite flavor. I served it with Sofia Rosé (my favorite), what can sound wired to wine snobs. But the wine, lightly sparkling and sweet and fruit, made a great match with the strong flavor of the cheese. Add some fresh grated black pepper and voilà. About weather Will it ever stop raining in Miami?

Bits

- Today is still Sunday. And my Friday will start on Thursday. - Listen our nephew speaking Portuguese: priceless. He just knows one word ("paninho") and it comes with a strong accent. Baita gringo, o guri. Yeah, we`ve lost this one. - I just create a recipe: quinoa risotto with gorgonzola and cherry tomatoes. It`s still on my mind, but I`ll try it soon. And life goes on.

Day 5 (25/3) - Himeji Castle e Nara
